Are you a young creative interested in fashion, sneakers, design, art, sustainability, or making something NEW out of something OLD?
Circular Threads is a hands-on youth program exploring slow fashion, upcycling, sustainable design, and the future of fashion.
Participants will learn how to:
Design and create a hoodie/hoodie set
Upcycle sneakers
Paint and transform fabric
Create an upcycled tote or accessory Learn sewing and garment construction Explore fast fashion vs. slow fashion
Learn about textile waste and sustainability
Meet artists, designers, and people working in sustainable fashion
Help create and execute a community Sustainable Fashion Show

Program Schedule*:
Tuesdays | 3:00–5:15 PM
Thursdays | 4:00–6:00 PM
* One Saturday or Sunday session each month
* 2–3 field trips (dates & locations TBA)
Transportation available when needed.

Certificate of Completion
This is a committed cohort—not a drop-in program. Participants are expected to commit to the full program, participate in projects and field trips, and help bring our Sustainable Fashion Show to life.
